4 Steps to the Unaverage You

It doesn’t have to be the beginning of the year to make a change or start fresh. You can decide that today will be the first day of the new you.

Are you tired of being average? Do you want more for your life? Maybe you are in a funk. Maybe you feel like you are just going through the motions everyday. Maybe you are overwhelmed with all the things you have on your plate. Do you want to start a new career or write a book, but you keep putting it off? Do you have a business idea in your head that you are afraid to pursue? Decide today that you will be Unaverage and become the best you possible. Here are my 4 STEPS to the Unaverage You.

1. Declutter

Declutter your space. A cluttered space represents a cluttered mind. You need everything that is in the way of you realizing the life you want out of the way. Go through your space and reorganize and purge what is not needed.

2. Create

Create a Vision. One of the best ways to figure out or refine your goals is to create a vision board of your dreams and aspirations. It will not only create a visual motivator but it can help you organize your thoughts of what you want the new you to look like in the future.

3. Prioritize

Prioritize your time. Time waits for no one and it must be used wisely. It is important is put blocks of time on your schedule to work on the goals you have created. Make a timeline for when you want various things to be completed as well.

4. Act

Act on your goals. You will be in the same place next week, next month, and next year if you don’t act on your goals. Start taking small actions toward achieving the goals on your vision board as soon as possible. Don’t put it off. Even small steps in the right direction are better than no steps at all.
